High-Contrast Black Cow Hide Rug – 190 x 189 cm (No. 734)

High-contrast black cow hide rug, 190 x 189 cm

Deep, glossy black patches meet clean creamy white on this cow hide rug, mirrored almost evenly on either side of the spine. Dark shoulders and a broad black saddle are broken by a slim white blaze at the neck and a white band across the middle, while the lower half opens into a pale expanse with a single black spot near the tail end. Ragged black blotches trace the edges and give the outline a lively, organic feel. At 190 x 189 cm it is roomy enough to anchor a lounge or sit beneath a coffee table. Pair it with warm timber, tan leather, raw concrete or crisp white walls for a bold monochrome accent.

Caring for your cowhide rug

Shake it out regularly and vacuum in the direction of the hair on low suction. Blot spills straight away with a damp cloth, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight to stop the colours fading.
