Pale Mottled Brown Cow Hide Rug – 208 x 181 cm (No. 816)

Pale mottled brown cow hide rug, 208 x 181 cm

Soft, muted and easy to live with, this cow hide rug blends a creamy beige base with warm sandy-tan clouding across the shoulders and flanks. Faint grey-brown brindle flecks show along the right flank and hindquarters, while a lighter spine line runs down the centre and keeps the markings fairly balanced from side to side. Contrast is low and the palette reads as neutral rather than bold. At 208 x 181 cm, it suits anchoring a lounge, sitting under a coffee table or softening the floor beside a bed. Pair it with dark timber floors, white linen, charcoal upholstery or natural stone for a calm, layered look.

Caring for your cowhide rug

Shake it out regularly and vacuum in the direction of the hair on low suction. Blot spills straight away with a damp cloth, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight to stop the colours fading.
