Nguni Hide Rug – Speckled Brown, 208 x 184 cm (No. 1121)

Nguni hide rug – speckled brown, 208 x 184 cm

Dark chocolate patches mirror each other across a cream, finely speckled spine line, giving this Nguni hide a balanced, almost butterfly-like layout. Fine brown flecks drift outward from the centre, while scattered round spots break up the shoulders and neck. Warm tan edges soften the flanks and rump, where the speckling turns denser and darker. The contrast is bold, yet the palette stays earthy. At 208 x 184 cm, it is large enough to anchor a lounge seating area or sit beside a large bed. Pair it with pale oak, white linen and black steel, or with leather and warm timber in a rustic farmhouse room.

Caring for your Nguni hide

Shake it out regularly and vacuum in the direction of the hair on low suction. Blot spills straight away with a damp cloth, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight to stop the colours fading.
