Deep espresso-brown patches sit against a creamy white ground on this Nguni hide, creating bold, graphic contrast. Two large dark masses mirror each other either side of a pale central spine line, giving a balanced, near-symmetrical look, while small round spots scatter down the white belly panel. Towards the edges the pattern softens into fine salt-and-pepper speckling, with a few warm reddish flecks near the centre. At 231 x 213 cm, it is generous enough to anchor a lounge seating area or sit beneath a large coffee table. The black-and-white drama pairs well with pale oak floors, white linen and tan leather, or with charcoal walls and matte black metal.
